Responsibilities

  • Offer crucial administrative support to a busy team

  • Support the Marketing Manager with the coordination of activities and campaigns

  • Support the Acquisitions Director in coordination of renovation works

  • Support the Office Manager in day to day facilities operations and ordering office supplies

  • Supporting the Member Manager to ensure exceptional customer service

  • Coordinate and attend team meetings, including agenda creation, meeting room booking, note taking and planning refreshments

  • Team travel arrangements

  • Answers phone calls and transfers them as necessary. Assist with daily mail sorting

  • Draft, format and proof read documents. Data entry

  • Manage staff expense requests

  • Carry out research projects

  • Help to coordinating team social activities, including team drinks, celebrating birthdays, charity events, Christmas party


 About You

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

  • Punctual, reliable, honest

  • You have experience working in an office environment

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a high level of confidence speaking to members of the public, customers and the team

  • Proficiency using a range of office software, including outlook, excel, word and PowerPoint

  • A fast learner with the ability to pick up new systems quickly

  • Attention to detail with the ability to work to a deadlines

  • You are a team player, keen to get involved with whatever is required

  • You deliver warm and efficient customer service at all times
