01 / The opportunity

Take a project.
Deliver it.

We need a hands-on leader who can take a project from approved plan through mobilisation, procurement, construction, close-out and handover.

At the front end, you will help turn an acquisition or planning position into a deliverable project: testing the practical route, coordinating the right advisers and clearing the actions that allow work to begin.

This is a practical role with clear commercial responsibility. It suits someone with the judgement to work independently and the discipline to keep owners and advisers properly informed.

02 / Your mandate

Accountability from budget to handover.

01

Commercial ownership

Control budgets, procurement, contracts, trade packages, variations and cost-to-complete forecasts.

02

Project leadership

Lead programmes, consultants, contractors, site managers and team meetings, keeping quality, compliance and handover under control.

03

Build the capability

Establish dependable project controls, reporting, consultant appointments, delivery systems, contractor relationships and project resources.

03 / How you will work

Close to the work.
Trusted to organise it.

ON SITE

Visible where it matters

Regular site attendance to lead delivery, resolve issues and keep standards high.

HOME BASED

Space for the work

Work from home when the task calls for planning, procurement, reporting and commercial control.

TOGETHER

Purposeful coordination

Bring the delivery team together for the meetings that move a project forward.

This is not an office-based role. The working pattern follows the needs of the projects, with flexibility and accountability in equal measure.

04 / The person

Hands-on.
Commercially sharp.

You will have personally delivered residential conversion, refurbishment or new-build projects, understand construction contracts and trade-package procurement, and be comfortable leading without a large support structure.

Qualifications matter. Demonstrated responsibility for projects delivered matters more.

31–60

Build the plan

Reconcile costs, procurement, programmes, consultant responsibilities and mobilisation requirements.

61–90

Take ownership

Mobilise, take day-to-day control and report clearly on delivery, change and next actions.
