We build inspiring, respected, professional communities, to enable people to thrive professionally from the towns they call home.  Our spaces are modern and stylish; highly efficient, full of character, warm and welcoming.  We pride ourselves in our positive contribution to the towns where we belong.


Circa45 launches Tavi – Windsor in 2021, it offers tailored memberships to suit the needs of the local modern-day professional.  Curated for those in need of a home from home, for people looking for a base with the buzz of an open workspace and thriving community.  Offering all the modern-day technology of a city office without the commute.


The Ideal Candidate

With community at the heart of our offering, we are looking for our Community Champion.  The ultimate ‘people person’, who is outgoing, friendly, curious and professional.   We want our members to feel at home in our spaces, as Member Manager you are their host. You are on a first name basis; you care about their goals and understand their challenges.  You know our members well enough to facilitate professional networking and make those golden introductions.  You are dedicated to exceptional customer service.  You share our goal to ensure Tavi contributes positively to Windsor, supporting other local businesses, forging strong professional partnerships and offering local professionals a space to thrive.


Responsibilities

  • Community Spirit.  You are the heart and soul of our spaces and have ultimate responsibility for the success of our communities.  You have a genuine passion for our members businesses and growth story.  You get a kick out of ‘professional match-making’.  You are tuned in to the needs and challenges of our members

  • Sales.  You will be responsible for growing our member base, generating and converting new leads, meeting sales targets and ensuring revenue growth

  • Member Engagement and Retention.  You will be responsible for ensuring we are meeting members needs and retaining their custom

  • Member Experience.  Day to day you will ensure we provide a valuable and efficient membership experience. 

  • Generate Content.  Have an eye for a story and spot engaging member generated content opportunities to share on our community platform

  • Customer Service.  You are the first point of contact for member queries.  You are the ultimate professional and deliver warm and efficient customer service at all times

  • Issue Resolution.  You resolve issues, solve problems and ensure members are adhering to our house rules

  • Reputation Building.  You take pride in building loyalty in our members and a strong reputation for Tavi in the community

  • Professional Partnerships.  You will identify, pursue, secure and nurture local professional partnerships

  • Reporting.  You will present regular updates to management on commercial and operational performance

  • Team Leadership.  You will lead The Tavi team to execute on their objectives as individuals and as a team, in line with business goals.   You will manage and develop your reports and track performance.  Above all you will ensure the team are engaged, efficient and love their jobs

  • Creative / Ideas Led.   Working closely with our members daily, you will spot new opportunities to add products, services and value.  You are proactive and invested in the overall success of the business

  • Governance.  You will ensure company standards, policies and procedures and clearly communicated and well met


About you

  • You are an active member of the local community; you have your finger on the pulse and love Windsor as much as we do

  • You are excited to work for a growing company.  You will be a pivotal role in a small team and relish the prospect of growing with us

  • You have significant experience working in a similar customer-centric role (co-working, hospitality, members club).  You pride yourself on going the extra mile to create the best customer experience

  • A sparkling personality.  You are confident, outgoing, friendly, smart and professional.  You are the heart and soul of our space, welcoming, caring, genuinely interested in our members and attune to their needs

  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit, you understand and/or have worked closely with entrepreneurs or start-ups.  You can talk their language

  • Sales & marketing experience, with proven ability to forecast, budget & grow revenues

  • Management & leadership experience (2+ years)

  • Energy, positivity and passion, which you can sustain while working autonomously

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a high level of confidence speaking to members of the public, other staff, members and Senior Management 

  • Proficiency using a range of office software, including outlook, excel, booking software and databases
