The principal building within a former Wimbledon business centre, reworked into six individual apartments. An example of finding a new use within an established building and bringing each home to market in its own right.

01 / Before works
Start with the building.
The 2024 executive summary identified an off-market business centre close to Wimbledon Village. Its existing buildings offered a route to residential use, with the main house, townhouse and coach house capable of becoming distinct assets.
02 / During construction
The structure behind the transformation.
The bay-window room is shown with its floor structure exposed and temporary supports in place. New partitions and the later kitchen installation record the steps from an open shell to individual apartments.
03 / Completion
The same character. A different way to live.
The bay, tall windows and room proportions remain recognisable. New floors, kitchens and finishes complete the conversion into homes. Two apartments have sold and four remain.
